Apparently this particular fireball was a fragment from a meteor which burst into flames.

“The collision was so violent that the fragment burst into flames creating a fireball at an altitude of about 100km.”
He added that the comet was traveling at a speed of 75,000 kph before it burned out over the Serranillos Valley.
Reportedly, the flash from the meteor could be seen as far away as Seville and Granada and astronomer Ana Leonor Hernandez from the Astronomical Center of Hite near Toledo saw it too.

Giant Sinkhole Opens On Bay Street

once again, a water main break is the cause of the sinkhole which took place on the south side of Thunder Bay. A better question for the official story is

what caused the water main break? The size of the sinkhole was about the size of a small car.

“Right away I said, ‘Oh my god, I’ve gotta move my car!’ It was amazing. I couldn’t believe it,” she said.

“You could park your car there and next thing it’s in a sinkhole.”

According to officials in the area the infrastructure is aging, and that is the potential cause of the sinkhole forming.

“The water main was linking into the sanitary system, which had already broke[n] in the process,” David Warwick said.

“The age of the pipe often has things to do with it. As well, when the frost starts to come out of the ground, the ground shifts and moves and it will snap water mains underneath the ground.”
